1. How to order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order or personal check.
Personal checks must clear before shipping, usually 7-10 working days. You
may phone or fax in credit card orders, all credit card orders are
shipped to the billing address listed with card provider, no exceptions.
Washington residents must add 8.6% sales tax(except coins).

Once your order is submitted, you should receive
an order confirmation email from us. Feel free to email
us should you have any questions on your order.
2. What about shipping method
?
Merchandise will be shipped within one day of receiving
‘good funds’. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) privately insured by PIC (or registered) but we can use UPS, or other shipping arrangements can
be arranged (such as C.O.D., Federal Express or next day service),
e-mail or call for details. Items can be picked up at our store if you
let us know in advance.
USPS is our standard method of shipment
for orders shipped within the United States. This has been the most reliable and is preferred by us.

98117. Keep in mind that USPS can easily take four to six working days for shipments

3. What about insurance
?
- We recommend insurance on all lots. We can offer PIC private insurance at a lower rate than the post offices insurance. The rules are nearly the same to file a claim, both require that you must wait 30 days to file the claim and keep any and all parts of shippment if it arrives damaged. The following rate chart is in use as of 2002.
Insured up to $50.00 the fee is 75˘
Insured from $50.01 up to $100.00 the fee is $1.25
Insured from $100.01 up to $200.00 the fee is $2.00
Insured from $200.01 up to $300.00 the fee is $2.75
Each additional $100.00 is and additional 75˘
4. What is the return
policy?
Merchandise is returnable within 7 days of receipt
unless noted (gold, silver, platinum bullion and ‘as is’ items for example).
Returned items must be in the original holder and in the same condition
as shipped. All merchandise is guaranteed genuine and in the condition
described. Refunds are made by company check or credited to your credit
card if so purchased.
